Grab your friend and join the fun. Women only; 5k and 10k run.

National Senior Fitness Day - Wednesday, May 30th

Tell your senior non-member friends, they will have another opportunity to visit the gym for free. Non-members can come and use the club—simply check in at the front desk with a photo ID.

Bring dad or grandpa to the club for free! Must be accompanied by a member.

Body Pump & Body combat 90 min. master class - Saturday, July 14th

Join us for new music and the latest installment of these two popular classes in the Group X room, beginning with Body Pump (limit of 25 for Body Pump) at 9:30am followed by Body Combat. Sign up available Friday, June 15th, bring a friend for free.

Family Fun Run - Saturday, August 4th

Join us for a family one mile fun run/walk! Free to members and their kids—no pets. Please sign up at the activity board by Wednesday, August 1st. This will help us determine how many kids ribbons we will need.

• One mile route with fun activities along the way
• Stroller friendly
• Kids get a ribbon
• All participants get a bib number
• Hot dogs
• Inflatable obstacle course 

Time: 9:00am - 11:00am (9:00am check in; 9:30 run begins)

MHAC Annual Club Maintenance/Cleaning Weekend - Friday, August 17th - Sunday, August 19th

The club will be closed for deep cleaning, improvements and repairs.
