TRX Training

TRX Suspension TrainingSuspension training workouts give participants an edge over conventional strength training. Why? Every suspension training exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as is required on the playing fields of life. Suspension Training workouts are safe and effective for people of all fitness levels.

What will TRX Suspension Training do for me?

  • Train in multiple planes of motion at once (as in sports and daily activities)
  • Increases neuromuscular coordination
  • Train strength and stability throughout the entire range of motion, including the end range where injuries often occur

 

Who can benefit from TRX Suspension Training?

Everyone from young athletes to senior citizens can use this program. Dozens of NCAA and high school athletic programs across the nation have turned to the TRX as a mainstay of their strength and conditioning routines for all teams on their athletic rosters.

Senior wellness programs have also turned to TRX as a solution because it enables seniors to move freely without fear of falling.

"TRX Extreme" Advanced Class

Prerequisite: A previous monthly TRX class to qualify. Ask your trainer if this class is right for you.

Saturday Drop-In Classes

Sign up and pay by the Thursday before the Saturday class you would like to attend. First come, first serve. Note: a trainer will confirm class minimum has been met by the Friday before class. If the class minimum has not been met, member's payment will be credited to their account. Failure to show up to a class that has not been canceled will result in a refund.

Cost (Minimum 4/ Maximum 6) $7.00

Register at the front desk. Upon registration you will receive an information handout.

Registration Guidelines: Payment is required upon registration. Because registration reserves your space in a particular class, it also eliminates the opportunity for another member to take that spot, therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy. Please check your schedule carefully before choosing a session. Also, if you miss a class, there are no make-up classes.
