Angie Welty - Fitness Director and Personal TrainerAngie Welty - Fitness Director and Personal Trainer

Philosophy: Coming from a corporate background, I realize the importance that exercise has on the mental health of our clients. I can motivate you in a way that fitness becomes a priority in your life without being overwhelming. I will be your positive light that will lead you, encourage you and support you.

Client Base: Whatever your goal, I want to help you reach it! I work with all fitness levels, but specialize in running and sport specific programs and circuit/interval based workouts.

Experience & Credentials: B.S. in Business Administration, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NESTA Bio-Mechanics Specialist, NASM Neuromuscular Stretching Specialist, AFAA Group Certified Instructor.

Personal Interests: Family, friends, and any type of fitness challenge, running (the first love), writing children's books and gardening.

Paul Ricker - Personal TrainerPaul Ricker - Personal Trainer

Philosophy: Teaching and coaching has been my passion and career choice. I find great satisfaction to see others achieve their goals, whether it be recovery from injury, achieving in competition or just fitness for a better life. I find that planning an individual program for a client and their specific circumstances has immeasurable benefits for both parties.

Client Base: From elite athletes training for competition, preteen exercisers and pre/post surgical patients to seniors wanting to discover their fountain of youth, I will give them my all to see them succeed.

Experience and Credentials: M.A. in PE, B.S. in PE and MA in School Administration Classroom instruction and coach in: football, wrestling, swimming and diving. Aquatics specialist, supervisor and athletic trainer. Advanced IFPA, CPT.

Personal Interest: Family, weight training, gardening, reading and writing and, of course, the sight and sound of a classic hot rod!

Media Cloutier - Personal TrainerMedia Cloutier - Personal Trainer

Philosophy: My entrance into fitness began with my own struggle with “typical women's issues” that can reek havoc on the body and mind. During my personal journey, I discovered the joy that, although I did not have an athletic upbringing, fitness had a place in my life and could be enjoyable. Thus was born my desire to help others, regardless of their own background, to discover the joy that they can have when paired with the right exercise choices. I endeavor to design programs that meet the individual ability, needs and personality of my clients.

Client Base: Although I enjoy working with all fitness levels, a large portion of my client base have the goals of general fitness and/or weight loss and special population needs.

Experience and Credentials: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, American Academy of Health and Fitness Certified Senior Fitness Specialist.

Personal Interest: Spending time with family, movies, reading, travel and cats—Ms. Kitty and Piglet the "Destroyer."

Shane Pallesen- Personal TrainerShane Pallesen- Personal Trainer

Philosophy: Having played sports all my life, I know the importance of health. After a back injury, I learned that core strength is key to most, if not all, other athletic endeavors. I refuse to let my clients give up on themselves and will teach them they can do far more than they give themselves credit for.

Client Base: If you want to be challenged, I want to work with you. I will get you past your, “sticking point,” guaranteed!

Experience and Credentials: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, BS in Law Enforcement and Health.

Personal Interest: Family, friends and any outdoor activity. Strength training is my stress relief—I find a nice, long run on a sunny day is always better than an office chair!
