I began working in the fitness industry in 2001 as a personal trainer, but realized I also had a passion for treating the nutritional needs of my clients. So, in 2004, I became a board-licensed sports nutritionist. Nutrition accounts for about 70% of what we want to achieve in the gym, from body fat loss to muscle gain or simply having more energy. What we chose to eat plays an important roll in our lives.
I have experience working with clients with various needs, from body fat loss, muscle gain, to sports specific and general well being. I strongly believe all pieces of the fitness puzzle—nutrition, strength, cardio training and stress management—help deliver you to a peak fitness level.
