Angie WeltyThank you for checking out personal training and fitness here at the club. Our philosophy at MHAC is complete fitness and wellness. We know that a high quality of life is about more than what you weigh and how you look. We care about the insides working optimally too. We offer individual personal training, small group training, and sport specific training like our triathlon consultant services. Food is just as important as exercise, so we have a certified sports nutritionist on staff as well. Keeping your workouts and activities new and fresh helps keep you going, so we also have quarterly fitness events and challenges. Finally no program will do well without the right help. Our trainers are nationally certified and each specializes in a different fitness focus, so check out our bios to ensure you get the right fit for your needs!
