S.E.Y. Program stands for Strength & Endurance for Youth Group Training. This specialized weight/resistance and conditioning program is designed for the growing bones, muscles and bodies of young men age 10 - 13. There are specific considerations for youth when it comes to weight training and conditioning. Register at front desk or online.
Instructor: Paul Ricker M.A. in P.E. & School Administrator, IFPA certified trainer, over 26 years experience as an athletic coach, teacher and administrator.
Philosophy: Paul has helped many children in his 26 years of P.E. instruction; discovers their strengths and helps develop and eliminate their weaknesses. Whether its preparing for an upcoming sport, gaining confidence or increasing general physical conditioning, this class will help your young man’s confidence. This one-hour, two times a week group training class teaches the basic do’s of strength and endurance training while teaching the importance of overall health, fitness in a non-intimidating and encouraging group environment.
