A $20.00 prepaid day care card may be purchased at the front desk and is highly recommended. Payment must be received upon picking up your child. There is a two-hour maximum per day for daycare. See the daycare attendant if you have more questions.

Appointments
Appointments are strongly recommended and can be made up to one day in advance. Drop-ins are welcome upon availability. For a full copy of all daycare rules/regulations and policies, please see the daycare attendant. All of our daycare and tween room workers provide fun activities for the kids to do and are background checked for your peace of mind! Outdoor play area open weather permitting and based on attendant approval. Note: daycare is open during limited hours holidays only in the mornings. If the limited hours holiday falls on a weekend, there is no daycare. No daycare on Christmas Eve. Daycare closures follow OTSD guidelines for inclement weather.


Tween Room
The tween room is a place that the club has made available to members' children (on the membership, ages 7 - 13) to study, watch TV, play video games, etc. while the parents work out.
Hours
Monday - Friday	5:00am - 9:00pm and all club hours on weekends.
Supervision provided:	Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Fees (per tween)
Tween Members	Free with $10.00 per month family times membership fee (fee subject to change)
Non-Member Tweens whose parents are members	$3.00 per day
Non-Member Tweens	$5.00 per day (payable up front only)

Rules
Usage is restricted to a maximum of four (4) hours daily. Tween room rules and regulations and parent consent form MUST be completed BEFORE use of the tween room facility. Tween room use is upon availability only. Parents or legal guardians over 18 years of age must be on site while children are in the tween room—it is NOT a babysitting or drop off service. For a bulk of the day, the tween room is NOT supervised, so we expect your children to be self monitoring. Inability to self monitor and behave will result in loss of tween room use. All children using the tween room must check in and get their hand stamped at reception desk prior to going in. Tween room is for children age 7 - 12 only, not for children under age 7. A full set of rules/regulations and consent forms are available at the desk or with your membership representative.
