Fitness challenge for the month of May.
Up for a challenge? This is the place to be! Our club loves to keep our members motivated and these are just a couple ways we do that. Sign up for our Push Up Challenge during the month May, to help keep you on track as the summer months approach and as you get ready to greet fall.
Each month we strive to have some type of fitness challenge or goal to keep the members motivated and workouts fresh.
Rules: Do 100 push ups a day, no more. The idea is to get into a daily habit, not do them all at once.
Record your daily achievement on our board in the weight room and all who finish each month challenge will be entered into a drawing for a cool prize. That’s just 100 push ups a day.
This is a free challenge—all fitness levels welcome. Please participate at your own discretion. Have fun and good luck!
